1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ji16 ("ji16," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ji16 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on ji16, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. ji16 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on ji16:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from ji16 or any affiliated gaming platform;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of ji16 or its affiliated companies;
• Individuals who are prohibited from participating in online gaming under applicable Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ji16. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ji16 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ji16 may require you to verify your identity, address, and payment methods at any time. Failure to provide accurate information or to complete verification when requested may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji16 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify ji16 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. ji16 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ji16 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. ji16 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ji16 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. ji16 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

Deposits are generally credited to your ji16 account instantly. ji16 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system issues beyond our control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. ji16 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

ji16 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if ji16 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ji16 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ji16 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ji16 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the ji16 Platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ji16 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. ji16 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ji16 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers will have their account suspended and all associated bonus funds and winnings forfeited.

5.4 Promotional Changes

ji16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game-type, or account-status restrictions as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All games on ji16 — including Aviator, Fortune Gems 2, Teen Patti Joker, Callbreak, Lottery, and Go Goal Bingo — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by ji16, the player, or any third party. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures reflect the long-term statistical performance of each game.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, ji16 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed for that round. ji16 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control. The decision of ji16 in relation to any disputed game outcome is final.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Each game on ji16 has defined minimum and maximum wager limits, which are displayed within the game interface. ji16 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing any wager.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ji16 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your ji16 account;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ji16 Platform or its underlying software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ji16 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Creating or operating a duplicate account in violation of the single account policy set out in Section 3.1.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ji16 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of ji16 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ji16 Platform without the prior written consent of ji16. Any unauthorized use of ji16's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji16 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or service interruptions;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond ji16's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

ji16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ji16 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by ji16

ji16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a self-exclusion request.

10.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawals of verified, legitimately won funds will be processed in the normal course, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 Voluntary Closure

11. Privacy

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ji16's decision on any matter relating to game outcomes, account status, bonus eligibility, or Platform access is final and binding, subject only to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
